About Cardiff Vehicle Rental Services
Cardiff Vehicle Rental Services began in Cardiff and is South Wales' most trusted vehicle hire company. Based in the Welsh capital, our team helps customers across Wales, from journeys along Cardiff's busy streets to trips in the Brecon Beacons valleys.
The aim has always been straightforward: dependable, affordable transport for Welsh residents and businesses. Over time, that work has brought us long-standing customers ranging from university students arranging temporary travel to major Welsh construction companies hiring commercial fleets.
Today, we operate one of Wales' largest and most diverse vehicle fleets: compact cars for Cardiff's Queen Street and 44-tonne trucks serving the Port of Cardiff, among many options in between. Care for vehicle quality, dependable service and a strong customer experience have made us a first choice for hire across South Wales.
Our Welsh Heritage
Being a Welsh company gives us a close connection to the communities we serve. That local knowledge helps us match a vehicle to the job, whether a family is visiting Welsh castles, someone is moving in Cardiff's Victorian suburbs, or a business needs commercial vehicles across the Welsh valleys.
Welsh tourism and business both matter to us. Customers have used our vehicles to reach major sporting events, see Pembrokeshire's stunning coastline and keep everyday work moving at Welsh businesses. From Cardiff Bay out to the Gower Peninsula, our fleet travels throughout the landscape we call home.
Customers can speak with our team in either English or Welsh. We also take part in Welsh communities and local events, while holding ourselves to high service standards that reflect the warmth and reliability associated with Wales.
Our Values
Reliability
Reliability guides how we prepare the fleet. Each vehicle is carefully maintained for Welsh roads, whether its next journey runs through Cardiff city centre or into the quieter valleys of Mid Wales.
Community
Local events, businesses and families are part of the communities we serve. Relationships built with customers around Wales have helped the business grow, and we aim to give each person the care we'd offer a neighbour.
Excellence
We take pride in the condition of our vehicles and the welcome customers receive. For us, excellence means doing each part of the job carefully and with pride.
